· | | The Scientific Committee invites participants to submit proposals for Symposia for the 2011 EAWOP Conference. A symposium is a collection of related (4 or 5) presentations. The person submitting the Symposium proposal is the symposium coordinator. He/she should submit an integrated summary of the goals and objectives of the symposium plus abstracts of the individual contributions. Symposium proposals should not exceed 1500 words. Symposium coordinators are encouraged to strive for international diversity amongst the different abstracts. |
| The deadline for submission of abstracts is 15 October 2010. All abstracts should be submitted via the online abstract form. See the conference website: www.eawop2011.org Abstracts should not exceed 350 words, and must contain a statement concerning the practical relevance of the contribution. English is the official language for all Conference communications. Proposals for oral or poster presentations are considered. The Scientific Committee will review all abstracts. In some cases Abstracts may be rejected as oral presentations but accepted as posters. The first author on the abstract is considered to be the presenter of the paper at the conference. Applicants will receive notification of acceptance of their contribution no later than 14 January 2011. | | 25 May 2011: Pre-conference workshops on a number of relevant topics, such as interventions, tools and methods (i.e. diary studies), publishing etc. More information will follow soon.
